As always, the Safety and Wellbeing is our top priority at Paradiso Pure.Living. We are committed to update all health guidelines and adapt all measures in order to make your experience unforgettable and free of worries.

Due to the current uncertainty in the process of holiday planning we strongly suggest to book proper Travel Insurance Coverage. European Assistance has changed their usual policy including COVID-19 in the range of covered events, despite pandemic status. Thus, you are also covered in case of a COVID infection and COVID related circumstance in your family.

You can book your holidays beforehand without risks or losses! Also in case of COVID emergency lockdown and countries’ travel restrictions your Deposit / or Full Payment can be transferred to the next season without loss.

We are implementing a Program that ensures our guests the maximum safety.

We kindly ask you to collaborate with the team by respecting safety and distancing rules and always wearing your Mask when entering and exiting the Hotel and public spaces.


Our Safety Program contains the following measures:

  • Super Green Pass is needed for check-in. In the case you would like to use the indoor pool, sauna, yoga room, or in general the rest of the wellness, we remind you that starting August 6th the access is only permitted with your Super Green Pass. We kindly ask you to show it at the Reception if you wish to use the wellness area.
  • Frequent disinfection with special cleaning products of all the Public areas as Entrance, Lobby, Bars and Restaurant, Elevator, Public Restrooms.
  • Frequent disinfection and cleaning of light switches, door knobs and elevator buttons.
  • Installation of “hand sanitizer stations” for your use in the Entrance, Lobby and Wellness area. We encourage you to sanitize your hands frequently.
  • The use of the Elevator is allowed for max 4 people (same family/ party)

  • Thorough process of sanitizing and disinfecting all rooms before each guests’ check-in and after check-out with Hospital grade products.
  • We offer a Mask set to our guests in case you forgot to bring yours.
  • Implementing a 1.5-meter distance rule between all tables in the Restaurant and Lobby/ Bar area.
  • Our Food and Beverage service will constantly adapt to the guidelines given by health officials
  • The Pool area, the Whirlpool, the saunas and the Fitness Center are accessible with respect of the distance between guests.
  • The Wellness area is cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  • Our highly prepared and trained team will as always assist you during your stay.

All Team members will wear masks when working and we ask you to do the same when entering and exiting the Hotel and public areas.
