CRACKING ART

Cracking Art is an artistic movement known all around the world for the realisation of urban installations characterised by the use of artworks that depict animals realised in regenerable colored plastic. 

The movement was born in 1993 with the goal of changing art history through both a strong social and environmental commitment that, joined with an innovative use of plastic materials, evokes a tight connection between nature and artificial reality.

GÜNTER PUSCH

Gunter Pusch is a German artist, living and working in Milan, Italy.

In his paintings, technology and nature come out in a mixture of mechanic alienation and living dimension where humans and nature compete in conquering territories. Motors become a symbolic representation of internal mechanisms, replacing sometimes emotions sites - interpreting the conflict between nature and technology.

CARLA CAÑELLAS

Carla Cañellas is a visual artist based in Madrid. The work is mostly focused on painting and educational workshops as well as using other mediums to narrate stories: vídeo, installation, drawing.

Carla's art investigates the construction of identity in different social contexts with essential involvement of other people in her creative process.

The horde of wolves made by Carla on the side brought the life onto Paradiso walls.

DOROTHY BHAWL

Dorothy Bhawl always investigates the contradictions and aberrations of the contemporary society, in particular on the social network addiction, on racism, on ideological fanaticism and discrimination. It is made by setting up the unmistakable photo set, with unreal & acid colors, which define a grotesque sense of melancholy.

The themes are investigate reconstructing a mystical and esoteric symbolism, fascinating and complex situation in a real context. Here lot of objects, multicolor trinkets, conceptual signs, joint at the art of disguise are mixed following magical alchemies in a Neo-Pop style.   

ILARIA BOCHICCHIO [ ILAZ ]

Ilaria is an Italian multimedia visual artist living and working between Milan and New York. In her paintings and art installations, Ilaria references art history, cinema, literature, and personal narratives. There are autobiographical elements, allusions to current events and hypnotic abstract language, presented in forms of chaotic symbolism. repetitive videos, structural rhythm is created as the scenes cut back and forth suggesting the altered states and hallucination.

LUCREZIA TESTA IANNILLI

Born in Rome, Lucrezia starts with linguistic studies to then dedicate herself to her profession in the equestrian world. In 2006 she launches, organizes and directs a cultural activity in Rome, approaching contemporary art, performance and photography

She develops a refined stylistic photographic approach and a more mature artistic language. Lucrezia is now specialised in site-specific performance, art direction and action photography, currently work around Europe for her artistic vision and personal creative projects.

RIBANA SZUTOR

Fine artist Ribana Szutor will debut her neo-figurative paintings in the U.S. with an underground exhibition at The Cellar Beverly Hills.

The gallery event, which will showcase several of Ribana’s most haunting and provocative works, will also include the auction of an original painting with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the West Valley Boys & Girls Club.

GABER

Gaber is an Italian graffiti artists.

Gaber got to know different artists and style, who helped him to develop the spray techniques. Particularly he discovered the graffiti and tattoo style called “New Style”, featured by bright colors, shades and the figurative exaggeration of characters, things or animals.

OTRE

Otre is an Italian graffiti artists.

Otre’s style come from the USA graffiti “Wild Style”, a stylistic and formal research of the lettering. It’s started from a letter and destroy and re-create a new letter in a complex sequence with lines, forms, volume and colors.

RAB DAUBER

Self-educated fitter, active from the 2003. Since 2005 begins to make and distribute Stickers in the street. Continues his “propaganda” using various techniques, mainly stencil, posters, stickers and the reuse and recycling of different materials.

He said: “The street is the best place for spread artworks, concepts&amp ideas.”

FRANCESCO DE MOLFETTA

Francesco de Molfetta's art is bold and holds back no punches. Francesco’s work is deep and rich in layers. On appearance there is the overt critique on our contaminated society with weak morals. However as you peel back the layers, at the core there is a glimmering light of hope and wisdom. 

Francesco questions the legitimacy of the very society that has shaped his ideology and psyche through humour and irony in his art.  Although his creations bares vulnerability, Francesco the Artist is a reserved sentimental individual with a deep appreciation for the world.

VINCENZO LO SASSO

Vincenzo Lo Sasso is an Italian artist. His professional career develops worldwide between fashion photography, theater and show business. He was a photographer for Eros Ramazzotti, Gianni Morandi and Anna Oxa, as well as advertising for Wella, L'oréal and Schwarzkopf. For over twenty years he has devoted himself completely to art.

Currently the exhibition “La presente assenza”, with in collaboration with Ivano Sossella, is presented in Sangregorio Giancarlo Foundation, Sesto Calende (Varese), curated by Angelo Crespi and Emanuele Beluffi.

IZZY WEISSGERBER

Izzy Weissgerber is a provocative and subtle artist living and working in Berlin.      

Izzy work bursts of simplicity and complexity at once. She uses rich colors that are seemingly applied with such potency, detail and thought-out spontaneity. A fuse of street art, contemporary photography, Symbolism and New York Pop Art, her style can’t be easily defined. Izzy’s trademark is the covering of her subject’s eyes. Their soul is kept protected and hidden.

KAMILA GRECKA CAPSULE GARDENS

Kamila Grecka - Wroclaw-born, Berlin-based landscape architect - balances between art and engineering, combining botanical knowledge with art, telling fairy tales of bonsais, ferns, ivies and moss in.

It aims at introducing nature into people’s homes in response to the weak connection between the urban environment and Nature.
