Booking Rules and Cancellation Policy

Insurance

We understand that your travel plans may change, so we strongly recommend you to take out appropriate Travel Insurance Coverage.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy for bookings made via email through the Front Desk or on our website:
Up to 14 days before scheduled arrival, the Hotel will only retain the Deposit, no additional charge will be applied.
Within the last 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, the Hotel will charge 75% of the whole price of the reservation.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, no discount will be given on the booked stay.

Price:

The standard price is set and calculated per person and per night
Vegan Half-Board is provided (including breakfast buffet and 5-course dinner)

Wellness area & Yoga* are included. (*Subject to availability).
Wi-Fi access 07:00 - 24:00 is free.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-out: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
If you require an earlier or later check-in or check-out, please arrange an alternative time in advance with the Front Desk via email info@paradiso-pure.com or over the phone +39 0471 72 79 05.
The hotel also reserves the right to charge an additional fee for early or late check-ins or check-outs.

Minimum stay

Winter season:

Minimum stay: 7 nights
Established package (arrival/departure): from Sunday to Sunday
Special dates/terms are scheduled separately for the Holiday season
Short stays are available under special terms. Please see our Special Offers on the website or contact our Front Desk Manager directly. Booking a stay for 3-6 nights is possible without surcharge in case there are rooms available: online - 1 week before arrival; offline - please contact our Front Desk Manager for personal arrangements.

Summer season:

Minimum stay is 3 nights, except for high season periods, when the minimum is 7 nights.
Short stays are available under special terms. Booking a stay for 1-2 nights is possible with a 15% surcharge in case there are rooms available.

Deposit

A € 300 deposit is applied to each room.
The deposit can be charged on a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or paid via bank transfer: PARADISO ART CIRCLE S.R.L., IBAN IT78L0805623100000300018082.
The reservation is only valid after the required deposit is received. The reservation becomes binding if the payment is made within 5 days from the date the request for deposit is sent.
The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

City tax

A city tax of €3.50 per day will be applied to each guest and will be added and charged at check-out. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Returning guest discount

A 6% discount will be granted to our returning guests who stayed at least once before at Paradiso Pure.Living and will be applied to the room price.

Extra person discount

A 20% discount is applied to the 3rd and 4th adult in double rooms where an additional sofa-bed for 1-2 people is provided, while the two main guests pay the full daily rate.

Children discount rates

Children discount rates in double rooms are intended when 2 adults pay the full rate in the same room.
Less than 1 y.o. - 100% discount. Baby crib available and free of charge (limited quantity, upon request)
1-2 y.o. - 75% discount
3-5 y.o. - 60% discount
6-11 y.o. - 50% discount
12-18 y.o. - 20% discount

Discounts

All the above discounts apply only to the cost of rooms and do not apply to services and extras.

Dogs & Pets

A stay with pets can only be booked per email: info@paradiso-pure.com, as we only have a limited number of rooms that are suitable for pets (accommodation is provided in a specially equipped room with tile floor). We can accommodate up to one pet per room. Our Front Desk Manager will send you a personalised offer.
An additional rate of € 30 per pet & per day applies. Food is not included in this rate.
Pets are not allowed in the Restaurant, the American Bar, or the Wellness Area. For guests who wish to bring their pets to dinner, it is possible to choose a table in a separate room from the main Restaurant. Thank you for your understanding!
Pet Insurance is needed to provide coverage for damages your pet may cause.
If you have a different pet from a dog or a cat please check with the Front Desk before booking if we can meet your needs.

Non-smoking

Paradiso Pure.Living is a non-smoking establishment. We respectfully request that Hotel guests don’t smoke within any indoor space.
In the event that a guest smokes in a room, Paradiso Pure.Living reserves the right to charge a € 400 Deep Cleaning Fee in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.

Transfers

Transfers between Compatsch and the Hotel can be arranged upon request for emergencies or special needs at a cost of €25 per ride (the cost is €60 if it is necessary to use a snowcat).
All Extra Transfers need to be scheduled in advance with the Front Desk.
